What is the best part about being a trivia host?
Without a doubt, the players. I’ve made some incredible friendships with players, gone on vacation with them, and been invited to join family dinners and parties. New players are awesome because you get to convince them to come back again, and then they become regulars and bring their friends… it’s just an amazing network of people, cultures, and personalities. No two games are the same, and it keeps it so fun!

What is the best piece of hosting advice you have ever received?
Have your answer sheet prewritten. It makes it so much easier to score answers!

What is a skill, hobby, or passion you have outside of hosting?
I love reading and aim to complete at least 60 books a year! I am also very into junk journaling and scrapbooking at the moment.

What is your go-to coffee order, drink order, or favorite snack?
A Chick-fil-A Sunjoy. Just having a sip actually makes my day more sunny and joyful.

What is a book, podcast, TV show, or movie you are always recommending to people?
I could recommend books FOREVER, but the best I’ve ever read would probably be “Homegoing” by Yaa Gyasi. The Sopranos is the best show that has ever been on television. I will die on that hill. I’m also a Crime Junkie girlie and live by, “Be weird, be rude, stay alive!”

If your life was a movie, what genre would it be, and who would play you?
I have ALWAYS wanted Lindsay Lohan to play me in my biopic.

What was your very first job?
I worked in a deli in high school and lifeguarded in the summers.

What was your favorite childhood cartoon?
Oh, man. I was a Nick Jr. kid. Gullah Gullah Island, Allegra’s Window, Hey Arnold!, and Rugrats.

If you taught a 45-minute class at CNP University, what would you be the professor of?
Organization. My bins have labels, my closet is color-coded, and all my labels face outward. There is joy in the aesthetic.

What theme trivia would you absolutely come in last place at?
Avatar. When I hosted that one, I was so thankful the players were gracious because it’s literally a different language, and I had no idea what ANY of it meant.

If our trivia company was stranded on a deserted island, which host do you think would survive the longest?
I’m gonna go with Ashleigh. She has the answers but also the chill temperament to not get her feathers ruffled too easily.
