What is the best part about being a trivia host?
The best part of being a trivia host is the connection I get to build with all of you. No matter what kind of day I’m having, I always leave feeling lighter and uplifted. Sharing jokes, laughing at the silly things that come out of my mouth, and sometimes even connecting on a deeper, more personal level… it all reminds me how special this community is.

What is the best piece of hosting advice you have ever received?
The best hosting advice I ever received was simple but absolutely true: Be yourself. When I first started, I kept comparing myself to other hosts who were lightning-fast with comebacks and always had a witty line ready. I tried to imitate that style, but it never felt natural. I’m an introvert at heart. I love meaningful conversations more than surface-level banter, so forcing that quick-witted persona came across as inauthentic.

Once I finally relaxed and allowed myself to just be me, everything clicked. I found that I could still be funny without trying, and I could connect with people in the way that felt most genuine. When someone came to play trivia alone, maybe new to the area or working remotely and craving human connection, I could share a brief but real moment with them while still keeping the show moving. Being myself didn’t just make hosting easier. It made it more rewarding.

What is a skill, hobby, or passion you have outside of hosting?
One of my biggest passions outside of hosting is my ability to hold space for people, much like a counselor. I’m an empath, so I naturally pick up on how others are feeling and what might be going on beneath the surface. That intuition helps me connect with people on a deeper level, and over time, I’ve turned that into a way of supporting others through challenging moments in their lives. Coaching people, helping them feel seen, understood, and encouraged, brings me so much joy. It’s one of the most meaningful things I do.

What is your go-to coffee order, drink order, or favorite snack?
My go-to drink is matcha green tea with agave nectar. It gives me the pick-me-up I need, and I love the taste with a little almond milk or coconut milk.

What is a book, podcast, TV show, or movie you are always recommending to people?
One recommendation I’m always sharing with people is Jay Shetty’s podcast On Purpose. It’s one of my absolute favorites because Jay brings such depth, intention, and heart to every conversation. He’s someone who, like me, is passionate about helping people connect more meaningfully with themselves and others. Every episode feels like an invitation to slow down, reflect, and live life with more purpose… and I love that.

If you were a professional wrestler, what would your character name be and what would your entrance theme song be?
Since my name is Tiffany, most people call me “Tiff,” and I’ve always been told I have a magnetic personality. So, if I were a professional wrestler, my character name would be Super Attract-Tiff, the kind of wrestler who pulls the crowd in before I even hit the ring. My entrance theme would be “Let’s Get It Started” by the Black Eyed Peas because nothing sets the tone for high energy quite like that song. It’s the perfect soundtrack for making an entrance that gets everyone hyped and ready for a show.

If your life was a movie, what genre would it be, and who would play you?
If my life were a movie, it would be a resilience drama, similar in spirit to The Pursuit of Happiness. I relate to stories of overcoming setbacks and rising stronger because I’ve lived my own comeback journey. If someone were to play me, I think Zendaya could capture both my vulnerability and strength.

What is one business buzzword or phrase you absolutely cannot stand?
I can’t stand the phrase “I’m too busy.” Everyone is busy, but we make time for what matters. If something or someone is a priority, you show it.

What was your very first job?
My first job was mowing lawns in my neighborhood. Not many girls did that kind of work back then, but I’ve never been afraid to roll up my sleeves and get dirty.

What was your favorite childhood cartoon?
Growing up, I loved watching Scooby-Doo. I loved a good, entertaining cartoon mystery!

If our trivia company was stranded on a deserted island, which host do you think would survive the longest?
DJ Squared would definitely survive the longest, in my opinion. He’s the host I hear about the most who is funny, down-to-earth, and can put on a good show!
